Half now, half later payment policy
As of January 2024, we will now offer a half now half later payment all pre-order items. Half will need to be paid the day of purchase, and the second half will be a week to two weeks before we receive item(s). For the second half of payment, we will invoice you for the remainder, you will have 48 hours to pay your invoice. If you are unable to pay your invoice within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled, and your items will be released. You will receive store credit for first the payment.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows customers to purchase an item(s) that has been announced, but not yet released. This means the item is not in-stock, and generally will be released within a three-month period from the original pre-order date. Keep in mind ship dates can change without notification. Once you make a pre-order purchase your item(s) are reserved for you.
When will my Pre-order ship?
Your item will ship within 3 days of our warehouse receiving the pre-order items. Because the original release dates are subject to change at any time. Please be patient, we have little to no control over receiving pre-order items and we will try to keep customers up to date with any new information. Also keep in mind every retailer will receive product at different times.
If I have multiple items, will they ship together?
To save on shipping costs and materials, will we try our best to have full orders shipped together. If by chance missing items are taking too long to arrive, we will ship out what items we do have in-stock.
Can I cancel/return my Pre-order?
At this time we are NOT allowing cancelations or returns on pre-orders. We would be more than happy to give you store credit if happens during the pre-order process. Please contact support if you would like store credit for your pre-order item(s).
If your address has changed from when you originally placed your pre-order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your order(s) updated.
Will you get more inventory for sold out items?
Generally we will not get more inventory for sold out pre-orders, but sometimes this is a possibility. Please feel free to talk to Adorn's support for further details on items.
