We’re here for all your needs. Don’t love your item? No problem! Returns or exchanges must be resent to our facility within 30 days of order delivery. We can provide an exchange or refund of your purchase price (minus all shipping costs) once you ship the item back to our facility.

As an online company we strive to provide the best service possible. We want to make returns or exchanges hassle-free. Here’s how it works:
- Contact email@example.com to lets us know, complete return form support will send to you.
- Repackage your item securely in the original packaging along with all the protective materials.
- Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility)
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided, and you’re good to go!
Once we have received your package, items(s) eligible for refund will be credited to back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
We understand sometimes things are missed in quality control. If by chance your item has a manufacturing defect we guarantee our items for 60 days from delivery date. Manufacturing defects do not include misuse of items. Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org
*Items requested to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in new condition. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging, and all items tags must be attached. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns are subject to inspection to verify compliance with return policy prior to issuing a refund or exchange.
